ELR R2 2022 Technical Release Notes

With the R2 2022 release, Fielo Learning now includes the following changes:

Improvements

  • New options to categorize, favorite, and rate courses. With these options, you can see all your favorite courses, search for a course by category and finally make an assessment to find out which type, of course, is best evaluated by users.
  • A new object called “Content” was created to be able to add multiple content files like images, videos, audio, and texts, thus providing a better user experience.
  • New Fielo Carousel content type that supports more images than the standard Salesforce Carousel.
  • Enforce Content View, which can be time-based or triggered when all content has been seen depending on the module's content type.
  • Question hint, when a member answer loyalty admin can give him a hint so he can answer the question correctly.
  • New Elearning LWC as a SPA (Single Page Application). Admin can get a learning community working with only one page/tab. Removing the need to configure 4 pages as in the previous versions of Fielo Elearning.

Changes that impact the platform

  • Permission Sets from Fielo were updated, more specifically FieloELRAdmin and FieloLearningCommunity
  • Field “Type” from Model was removed.
  • New validation Rule called “ContentViewTimerIsNull” was created.
