What's New in Winter '20

We have thrilling news! Fielo, Winter '20 is here! Now members from everywhere can join your program without barriers. Say Hello, Hola or Salut to members with Fielo's brand new Languages tool. We have continued to add visual improvements to the back end which includes the new Outcomes and Tools tabs. Keep on reading to see other amazing features we have for you.

Languages *
No more language barrier for international members. With the new internationalization feature, anyone from anywhere can join your program. By identifying the user's location, the language displayed in your member touchpoints will dynamically change to match the user's own language, if available.

Demote and Maintain Rank *
Keep your members engaged in challenges by setting up the possibility for them to lose their progress. Demote Rank bring them back down to a lower rank after the time to be promoted is up or keep them on their current position using Maintain Rank.

Asynchronous Processing *
If you have teams with an unusually large amount of members in it, Asynchronous Process guarantees Fielo won’t exceed Salesforce’s processing limit by breaking down the data into smaller, manageable blocks that will be handled separately, therefore ensuring all data gets processed and every member on the team has their rewards successfully delivered.
