What's New in Spring '19
We have exciting news! We just released the latest package of Fielo, Spring '19. There have been some amazing new features added or improved, including a brand new backend redesign for creating incentives. Not only that, we've added record-based dynamic segments, historical data processing in missions, ranks within challenges, and decimal point types.
In order to use these new features, you will need to upgraded to the latest release.
We are proud to announce that the Fielo Incentives tab has had a complete makeover! Our goal is to make incentive creation more straightforward and easier to understand. That’s why we have included a helpful wizard during the creation process. The wizard will help you every step of the way through the promotion or challenge creation process.
Ever wanted to gain insights into specific segments of your member base? With record-based dynamic segments, you can now include segmentation in your Salesforce reports and dashboards. When you enable this feature, your members' segments will be stored as records in your org. This way, you can reference these records in your analytics to drill down into each segment.
Don’t let your members past actions go unrewarded. With Historical Data Processing active within your mission, you are now able to take a member's past data to be calculated and counted towards a particular challenge. Give it a try on your next mission, your members will thank you for it.
Use rankings in a challenge to create an additional layer of accomplishment for your members. For example, you can grant special benefits or access to specific content based on a member's current rank in the challenge. Keep in mind that Challenge and Mission rewarding are totally independent of Ranks.
You can create a new type of point for your program! Decimal point types are great for cash rewarding and other scenarios where points need to be accurate down to the decimal point, such as gallons purchased or acres planted.
