What's New in Winter '19
Fielo's Winter '19 release includes a brand new points and rewards capping feature, automated upgrading, manual badge awarding, and timestamps for agreement acceptances and redemptions.
Automated upgrading is here! 🎆🎉🎈From now on, manual scripts are run automatically as part of the upgrade process.
Points and Rewards Capping
We now make it easy to ensure your program expenditures remain under control. With Points Caps, you can limit the number of points members can accrue in a given time frame. Similarly, with Rewards Caps, you can restrict the quantity of rewards your members can get over a period of time. Both types of caps can be applied to your entire program or only to specific rules or rewards.
Manual Badge Awarding
You can now administratively grant badges to members outside of any incentive rewarding scheme.
Agreement Acceptance Timestamps
When making changes to your member agreement, older versions are archived, along with a history showing which agreement(s) each of your members has accepted and when.
Closed Redemption Timestamps
We've added a Closed Date field to Redemption which will automatically store the date that the redemption was closed.
