What's New in R1 2026
Our first release of 2026 includes tactical enhancements to the Incentives and Learning products.
Incentives
⚙️ Platform Cache Redesign
New caching reduces heap usage and inconsistencies. Data is segmented by program, improving CPU efficiency and enabling vertical and horizontal scalability.
⏱️ Redemption Item Hourly Expiration
Encourage members to use vouchers quickly by configuring rewards to expire in as little as one hour after redemption.
📅 Point Expiration Monthly on Same Day
Set points to expire a certain number of months after accrual on either the first or last day of the month.
📋 Allow Null Values on Criteria
Create a criterion that evaluates to true whenever a field is blank.
🏅 Badge Member Status
Badge member records now have a checkbox field that indicates whether the badge granted to the member on the created date is still active.
🔢 Multi-Value Criteria
The criteria builder now supports multi-picklist fields, as well as multiple comma-separated values within a single criterion for text fields using the “Is”, “Is Not”, “Contains”, and “Does Not Contain” operators. The value field supports up to 255 characters.
Learning
Admins can create, rename, reorder, and set default course tabs, controlling how members browse and access courses.
Define where members land after finishing a course by setting a specific redirect tab.
Control where quiz feedback appears (top, bottom, modal, or none) for a tailored learning experience.
✨ Improved Loading Experience
Replaces generic spinners with animated placeholders for smoother, cleaner content loading.
Set whether content is visible during quizzes to support open-book or closed-book formats.
Customize course detail pages with tab or list views and choose between overview + modules or modules only.
🔗 Course Dependency Visibility
Members can view course dependencies directly in the course list without opening details.
