What's New in R1 2022

The newest Fielo version, R1 2022, has just been released! We are excited to announce that this new version brings some features that will make it possible for you to have a program ready to go live in a few minutes, with some segments, levels, and behavior type templates for incentives that can be set up in a quick point-and-click fashion.

It also adds a great way for you to keep track of the most important data from your program, by making available 21 out-of-the-box reports split into 4 dashboards that bring that information to the front and center.

And that’s not all. Take a look at what more this release brings to you:

One of our priorities for this release was to look for a way to show you the most relevant data related to your program as soon as you access the platform so that you could quickly have the best possible understanding of your program’s metrics.

This is the result: the Analytics package makes available several reports on the Home tab, which was completely revamped to create the Command Center. Overview data such as the number of members in the program, their engagement, rewards given, redemptions cost, and much more.

When creating your first program and setting up all of its details, it might get hard to decide on which options to use or how Fielo’s features work. Well, the Wizard helps to set up a new program in four easy-to-understand steps that even offer you four Level templates and fifteen segment templates that you can decide between using in your program or not.

We know that creating an incentive might not always be as simple as you wish, considering all the options that Fielo presents to you… That’s why we now have the Quickstart tool to help you! It brings several Behavior Type templates - related to the Opportunity, Leads, and Event objects - that you can use as a base to create your next incentive.

It comes with pre-configured conditions, rewards, and a name, which you can use as they are or edit to meet your needs. You just need to save it and voilà: you have a brand new incentive that the members can participate in.

Fielo is always aiming to make your experience with the platform the most straightforward possible. So, with the new Installation Setup, you can now just install the package, relax, and wait for the platform itself to complete the first few configurations that need to be done in your Org before starting to use the Fielo Platform.

It automatically sets up the cache allocation, creates two currencies (one that generates payout and one that doesn’t), activates the libraries, and creates some Behavior Types for you.

Sometimes you might come across the need to customize Fielo to use it in a different way that will better achieve your goals. To do so, you would spend precious time, but what if you had a ready-to-go package for that?

That is the need that the Fielo Extensibility answers. We are now allowing you to share an external package that you developed (or download an existing one) enabling anyone to use extensions to the FieloPLT package that were created by Fielo’s team and by other users that had similar needs.

Improvements on the Platform

Have you ever had the need to import a program from one Org to another? You can now do that without any worries: we doubled the limit of SOQL queries to import - from 100 to 200 -, as well as 6 times more CPU time - from 10 to 60 seconds.

Leaderboards related to Compare Among Members missions can now be updated at any time by the admin. It is a great way to refresh a specific mission’s ranking in order to see how the members are performing, without needing to update all leaderboards in your Org.

It is now possible to clean the member's capping history so that only their next transactions will count to the cap limit. This might be needed if you, for example, decide to edit the Cap Rule to increase its limit but a member has already reached the original limit - which would cause the system to block them from receiving anything else.
