Incentive & Loyalty Components
We've totally revamped the user experience on our Lightning Components for Incentive Automation.
Incentives
Program Promotions and Challenges bring a top-notch user interface to your Single Action and Multi-Action incentives. Challenges features a new and improved Leaderboard to drive member participation in missions.
Rewarding
Catalog unifies the points redemption process from reward selection to checkout. Badges now shows members how they earned each badge and what other badges they can work toward.
Member Management
Registration allows prospective members to become part of a Salesforce Community and join a program simultaneously, while Join Program enables existing Community users to join a program right from their own portal.
In addition, our brand new Profile lets members upload a photo and edit their info, while Member Selector has added flexibility so that it fits into any community design.
Member History
My Redemptions and My Transactions allow members to check their loyalty account history in real time.
Channel Engagement Components
In the next few weeks, we'll also be releasing the first Lightning Components for our Channel Engagement Apps.
Invoicing
My Invoices makes incentivizing purchasing and sales behavior a breeze by bringing invoice upload functionality to the portal your members already know and love.
Learning
Our My Learning suite of components accelerates partner engagement by giving members the tools they need to level up their skills and learn more about your brand. My Learning supports multiple audiovisual formats, including YouTube, Vimeo and MP4, and can be incentivized on both the course and module level using IAS.
GDPR Compliance
We've added new tools to ensure your incentive and loyalty program is GDPR-compliant.
Data Portability
You can now export member data to comply with data portability requests.
Data Anonymization
You can now anonymize member data to comply with right-to-be-forgotten requests.
Member Opt Out and Banning
You can now allow a member to opt out with a points redemption allowance period, as well as permanently ban members.
Consent Management
You can now ensure that your program communication only reaches members who have opted in. Manage consents on a granular level according to your business needs.
Cumulative Mission Rewarding
You can now provide tiered rewarding to members for their Mission performance. For example, you can reward 500 points to members who sell $1,000 worth of qualifying product, an additional 1,000 points to members who reach $2,500 in sales of that product, and so on.
Points Adjustments with Expiration Dates
You can now set an expiration date specifically for points granted as part of an adjustment transaction.
We've added two new methods to our Apex API that facilitate the deduplication of <<glossary:Member>> records.
