Sometimes you might need to use Fielo in a different way than what the standard package allows you to use the platform. In those cases, you would develop customizations and add extensions to Fielo's features, which would make you able to achieve your objective, but that would consume time out of your implementation process.
Wouldn't it be easier, though, if you were able to use a solution developed by someone else that had a need similar to yours?
With that in mind, Fielo makes it possible for you to publish, share, and use external packages that extend the platform's features, enabling anyone to use extensions to the FieloPLT package that were created by other users, such as integrating Fielo with Salesforce Chatter or creating a set of incentive templates. Check in this section the steps to create an external package.
