Getting Started with Incentive Automation
Fielo's Incentive Automation System drives your channel to sell more, stay with your brand longer, and invest more in your success.
Our Incentive Automation System (IAS) allows you to create and manage incentives that are unique to your organization, leveraging powerful action engines, game mechanics, and rewarding schemes. With single and repeated behavior targeting, IAS helps you engage, enable, and motivate your members for lasting outcomes.
Incentive Automation
Program Management
Programs are the core of IAS. In a program, you cultivate and manage the community of members that you wish to incentivize, as well as the incentives, messaging and analytics that keep your loyalty strategy on track.
Tier (Level) Management
Design different tier levels based on member data. IAS supports multiple tier groups, such as silver, gold, and platinum. You can even define complex rules to model tier dependencies.
Multiple Point Types
Use different kinds of non-monetary point types, such as miles and tokens, to award your members in a brand-friendly way. In addition, you can implement many point types in a single program to foster engagement on multiple fronts.
Point Expiration
Manage points to never expire, to expire based on time elapsed or to expire based on member inactivity.
Program Models
Create new programs based on pre-configured templates or create your own custom templates to save work in the future.

Member Data
IAS takes a holistic approach that aggregates all available and meaningful information about your members to drive engagement.
Member Activities
With IAS, you can capture a 360° view on how members interact with your Program at an individual level. These activities can be sales volume, location, forum participation—really any data point trackable in Salesforce.
Segmentation
Segments customize how your members experience your program and can be applied to your incentives, rewards, content and more. Segment your members any way you like: group them using demographic and behavioral data, define segments on a member-by-member basis, or use our segmentation engine to define complex conditions based on any member-related data.
Multiple Membership Types
You can define different membership schemes that account for common business relationships among owners, managers, employees and independent contractors.

Rules Engine
Fielo's Rules Engine drives the behaviors that you want to target in your members. You can incentivize actions via any Salesforce object, including standard (e.g. Opportunities, Leads) and custom objects.
Incentivize Every Action
Drive your members to perform a particular behavior. In exchange, award points, rewards and/or badges each time they do it.
Lay Out a Journey
Encourage your members to carry out a set of activities in a certain order, time frame and/or quantity and reward them for completing the challenge via points, rewards and/or badges.
Gamification
IAS brings gaming mechanics into incentive and loyalty programs, tapping into members' desire for competition, achievement, status and recognition. Powered by our robust rules engine, IAS gamification allows you to define complex challenges centered around discrete missions.

Challenges and Missions
Get your members moving toward a common goal, either competitively or collaboratively. Challenges and missions give your members a reason for engage and interact with one another, as well as educate them about what is possible with your brand. Reward members for finishing first, for achieving the highest score, or any number of other performance metrics.
Subscription Mode
Manually enroll members to participate in different challenges, allow them to join on their own, or use automatic subscription to get members involved as soon as they start performing a targeted behavior.
Dynamic Goal-Setting
Define fixed objectives for your members to achieve, or have them compete among one another to finish on top.
Leaderboard
List players by their scores or achievements to foster friendly competition.
Challenge and Mission Rewarding
Use ultra-flexible rewarding tables to make sure each participating member is rewarded according to their level of engagement. For each reward level, choose from any combination of points, instant rewards and badges.
