Permission Sets

Need to have more control over which administrators have access to specific Fielo features? We've provided several permission sets that you can use to narrow down Fielo accessibility by role or responsability.

Grant the appropriate permission sets, listed below, to your users and ensure their access to the Fielo features within their purview. Ensure that permissions are reviewed and updated as needed to align with your organizational requirements and security standards.

Fielo Community Member

Grants access to all objects, fields and classes required for members to interact with Fielo Member Experience components.

FieloPLT Admin

Grants full access to all FieloPLT objects, fields and classes.

FieloPLT Admin - Read Only

Grants access to all of the objects, fields and classes that the FieloPLT Admin permission set has, but with read permissions only. Use this for non-operational users who need to review program configurations, or for operational users who need broad visibility but narrower editting permissions (granted via other permission sets, for example).

Promotion Manager

Grants management (read, write, create, deletion) permissions for everything inside promotions, including rules and segment assignment.

Challenge Manager

Grants management (read, write, create, deletion) permissions for everything inside challenges, including missions, rewarding and segment assignment.

Member Manager

Grants management (read, write, create, deletion) permissions related to members and read permissions for related records (360º member view).

Reward Manager

Grants management (read, write, create, deletion) permissions for Fielo catalog rewards.

Transaction Manager (View/Adjust/Revert)

Grants permission to view and manage transactions, including creation of adjustment transactions and transaction reversions.

Redemption Manager (View/Fulfill/Revert)

Grants permission to view and manage redemptions, including fulfillment and reversion. Permits management of Preloaded Unique Codes if granted together with the Program Manager permission set.

Currency Settings Manager

Grants permission to create and edit currencies and enable them in programs.

Program Manager

Grants management (read, write, create, deletion) permissions for programs, program settings, segments, levels and caps.

Behavior & Action Manager

Grants management (read, write, create, deletion) permissions for behavior types and actions.
