Overview

Did you just install Fielo in your Org and want to start using it right away? Get ready, then, because we are going to check how to set Fielo up in 3 steps using out-of-the-box templates for behaviors, levels, segments, and rewards that will make your work way easier!

Depending on what is your objective, there are several scenarios in which Fielo can be used, but to explain how to easily set Fielo up - in a way that you will have a program ready in no time - we are going to follow one of the most common use cases: a company that wants to incentivize its resellers to sell more. Let's understand more about the company!

EasyTech is a technology company that sells CRM software through a network of partners. This software has three types of license:

• Standard
• Enterprise
• Professional

As the company's goal is to incentivize their resellers to sell more licenses, they will reward them for the qualified leads and the opportunities that they close. The license type related to the opportunity and its amount defines the reward that the resellers will receive, but the reward could be an amount of cash or Funds Allocation.

The main idea is also that, through the EasyTech Incentive Program portal, the resellers can create their leads, check if EasyTech has already qualified them, create opportunities, and keep track of the rewards they receive.

Right now, we are going to get through a high-level explanation of what the steps to set the program up are, and, on the next page, we will see it hands-on.

1. Create a Program

Since the Program is the base where you will build everything for your loyalty or incentive programs within our platform, the first step that you must take to start using Fielo is to create one.

Usually, you would likely spend some time to understand how to configure the program and to have it ready to go, but there is an easy way to create it: by using the Program Setup Wizard. The wizard makes available some templates, allowing you to create - in a matter of minutes and a few clicks - the program, levels, and segments.

2. Create Incentives

Incentives are where you define the behaviors that you want to encourage and specify how you will reward the members who perform them: through currencies, instant rewards, Funds, badges, or rewards. Creating an incentive is the second step that you will want to take after creating a program, because they are what makes your program interesting, after all.

Luckily for you, it is possible to easily create an incentive even if you are not a Fielo expert yet. The Quickstart Incentive tool allows you to set up your Incentives in a very simple point-and-click fashion, offering some templates for behavior types and rewards and without any hard configurations that you wouldn't know how to do.

3. Build a Portal

After creating your program and some incentives, the third step would be to create a portal, so that future members can access your program and overview its details.

In the portal, they will be able to take a look at all of your incentives and available rewards through Fielo's Lightning Components for Experience Cloud Sites, which allow you to offer a great experience for the members.

Analytics

After creating your program, you will want to make sure that it is performing the way that you envisioned at the beginning by getting clear visibility on member onboarding, incentive performance, engagement data, and other important stats.

For that, you can use Fielo KPIs reports, which are powered by our Analytics library and built directly on top of Salesforce, so it uses the wealth of information Salesforce provides. Found in the Command Center, the reports make it easy to keep track of rich, criteria-based program reports where your key performance indicators are front and center.
