Fielo AI lets you set up your loyalty or incentive program by chatting. Describe the behavior you want to reward, the goal you want members to reach, or the limit you want to enforce, and Fielo AI builds the record in your Fielo program using the same options you'd use manually.

Fielo AI knows how to make the best use of Fielo and is already an expert on the kinds of behaviors your organization incentivizes. Beyond saving clicks, it can help you ideate, work through different loyalty mechanics and scenarios, and point out trade-offs before you commit. If it needs a detail to build the record, it will ask. If it hits a data limitation, such as a missing field or an object it can't reach, it will tell you and suggest alternatives.

What Fielo AI Can Configure

Install the FieloAIC package

Before you begin, make sure you have installed and set up Fielo AI on your org. Reach out to your Fielo rep for details.

Start a Chat

To get started, navigate to the Fielo AI tab in the Fielo app and type your request.

Configuring Fielo with AI

For each of the use cases below, Fielo AI creates the same configurations you would create manually, using the same options described in the corresponding admin guide. Fielo AI gathers the details it needs, asks about anything missing, and then creates the record in your Program.

Create a Promotion

Ask Fielo AI to create a Promotion to reward members for a specific behavior during a period of time.

Fielo AI can help you define:

• The name and description members will see
• The start and end dates (both optional for Promotions)
• The target segments, if you want to limit who can participate
• The Rules: the behavior being incentivized, its criteria, and the points, currency, instant rewards or badges awarded

Example prompts

• "Create a promotion that gives 200 points to every member who logs a sale of our premium product line, from November 1 through December 31."
• "Help me design a promotion to increase repeat orders among my Gold segment."
• "Create a promotion for Q1 that awards 1,000 points for any invoice over $50,000."

Create a Challenge

Ask Fielo AI to create a Challenge when you want members to work toward a goal over time, for example reaching a sales target or completing a set of actions.

Fielo AI can help you define:

• The name, description, start date and optional end date
• The target (Members or Teams)
• The Subscription Mode: Global, Private or Opt In
• The target segments, if any
• The Missions and Objectives that make up the Challenge, and the rewards for completing them

• "Create a challenge for distributors to sell $20,000 of all-season tires to retail stores by the end of the quarter, with an opt-in subscription."
• "Build a two-mission challenge: first complete the onboarding course, then submit three orders."

Create a Cap

Ask Fielo AI to create a cap to control program spending by limiting what a member can receive in a given period. Fielo AI supports the two kinds of caps described in the admin guides:

• Rewards Cap: limits how many rewards a member can redeem, either across the whole program or for specific rewards.
• Currency and Points Cap: limits how many points, or how much of a currency that generates payouts, a member can accrue. It can be a hard cap (the member cannot earn beyond the limit) or a soft cap (the member earns the full amount, and the amount over the cap is recorded).

Fielo AI can help you define:

• The name and description
• What you want to cap, and whether it applies to the entire program or specific rewards
• The maximum quantity or amount
• The accumulation period: a rolling period (for example, the last 120 days) or a calendar period (every month, quarter or year)
• The segments the cap applies to, if you don't want it to apply to all members

• "Limit each member to 3 reward redemptions per calendar quarter."
• "Cap points at 10,000 per member per year, as a hard cap, for the Silver segment only."

Create a Segment

Ask Fielo AI to create a Segment to group members by shared characteristics, so you can target Promotions, Challenges, rewards and caps to them.

Fielo AI can help you define:

• The name and description
• The type:
  • Dynamic Segments include members automatically based on criteria, such as billing state or Points balance. Members enter and leave as their data changes.
  • Manual Segments are static groups that you populate yourself.

Fielo AI Limitations

• Fielo AI works within the program you specify and with the data your Fielo configuration makes available to it.
• Fielo AI cannot perform actions outside the use cases listed on this page.
• Fielo AI can make mistakes. Review every record it creates before activating it, and verify important figures against your Fielo reports.
