Upgrade from R1 2023 to R1 2026

Fielo Learning R1 2026 itroduces a new set of enhancements focused on improving learner engagement, navigation flexibility, admin configurability, and overall user experience across the learning journey. Continue reading to upgrade to Fielo Learning R1 2026.

Before Starting

Be sure you're currently on FieloELR version 1.93 or later. If not, upgrade Learning to R2 2022 before continuing.

How to Upgrade

1. Click here to install the FieloELR package.
2. If any internal users that are not admins will use Fielo Learning, click Install for Specific Profiles and select Full Access on the profile(s) of those users. If only System Administrators will use Fielo, or if internal users are granted permissions via the FieloELR Admin permission set, click on Install for Admins Only.
3. Click Upgrade. When the process is finished, you will be notified by email.

Upgrade FieloELR Library

Go to Fielo > Tools and, next to FieloELR, click Upgrade.

Set Up SCORM (Optional)

If you've subscribed to our SCORM service, let us know the org(s) you will be installing on so that we can provide you the configuration details. Then, go ahead and configure the SCORM settings on your org.
