Tips for getting the best results

Name what you want to look at. "How is the Q4 Distributor Promotion performing?" gives Fielo AI more to work with than "how are things going?" Name a specific Promotion or Challenge, or ask about the whole program.

Ask for a comparison. Ask how results compare with the prior period or the same period last year to tell a one-off blip from a real trend, or to account for seasonality.

Follow up. Ask Fielo AI to explain a change, point out what needs attention first, or suggest next steps. For example: "Why did redemptions drop?"

Verify what matters. Fielo AI can make mistakes, so check important figures against your Fielo reports before acting on them.

How the numbers are produced
Fielo calculates every figure in a summary from your program data before Fielo AI sees it. Fielo AI then explains the results, puts them in context and suggests next steps. It does not do its own arithmetic.

Data freshness
Summaries are based on Fielo transactional data synchronized to Fielo AI. This data reflects activity through the prior day (D-1), so today's activity is not included.

Choosing a Time Period

Every metric is calculated over an x-day period. The default is 30 days, and you can choose any value from 1 to 365 days. For example, "Summarize my program for the last 7 days" uses x = 7.

For each metric, Fielo AI compares the current period against several reference points:

Get a Program Performance Summary

Ask for a program summary to understand the overall health of a Program. Metrics are calculated per Program.

Get an Incentive Performance Summary

Ask for an incentive summary to see how a specific Promotion or Challenge is performing. Metrics are calculated per incentive.

Currency totals and averages are reported separately for each currency, so points and other currencies are never added together.
