Create Prepackaged Event Configs

Once you've installed and set up the Fielo Time-Based Events package, you can open the Time-Based Events app.

On the app, click Create OOB Events. Two out-of-the-box event configs will be created and activated for you.

Birth Date Event

Fielo will generate an Event (FieloPLT__Event__c) of type Birthdate for each of your members five (5) days prior to their birthday (DateOfBirth__c).

Program Anniversary Date Event

Fielo will generate an Event (FieloPLT__Event__c) of type Anniversary for each of your members five (5) days prior to their program join date (FieloPLT__JoinDate__c) anniversary.
