Invoices

Invoices lets your members quickly and easily upload invoices, incentivizing further purchasing behavior and putting them on the fast track to earning currencies (e.g. the standard Points) and rewards.

We have performed two performance test scenarios in order to measure Fielo's Invoices
limits and response times:

• Scenario 1 – Submit auto approved invoices
• Scenario 2 – Submit invoices with pending approval

Invoices Limits & Response times

Stress test: The purpose was to simulate a heavy load on the Salesforce APIs
to find the maximum number of users/transactions our application can handle.

Invoices Performance Test Results

The following graphic shows the number of transactions per second using the Invoices module
with auto approval process and seeing how many transactions can be handled without failing.

The increase you see shows that every 8 minutes we increased the number of users submitting invoices through the application. It starts to flat-line at the end around 93 transactions per second without failing.

The next graphic shows the number of transactions per second on FieloPRP with a pending
approval process that will stress-test how many transactions can be handled without failing.

Just as the previous graph shows, there red line has an upward trajectory because the test increased the number of users submitting invoices every 8 minutes. The highest number of transactions without fail was 380.
