A
- Action: An action represents a behavior that you want to encourage in your members.
- Agreement: The agreement contains the terms and conditions that members must agree to in order to participate in a program.
- Analytics: Analytics allows you to make reports on the success of your program based on a variety of criteria.
- Answer Option: In Learning, an Answer Option is one of the possible responses that a member can give to a Question.
- App: A Fielo App is an add-on to the Incentive Automation System that provides a ready-made solution for targeting a specific behavior. See Learning and Invoicing.

- Badge: Badges are virtual emblems that provide public recognition of members' accomplishments. You can use them in any Incentive.
- Batch Process: A batch process updates system data to reflect the latest member activity. You can perform Batch Management from the Programs tab of IAS.

- Campaign Email: In Messaging, a Campaign Email is a mass email sent to all or some subset of Members to distribute relevant information or marketing material.
- Challenge: A Challenge is an incentive that encourages Members to perform a series of related Actions which are specified in Missions.
- Challenge Member: A Challenge Member represents a Member who is participating in a Challenge. A Challenge Member is created when a Member starts working on a Mission.
- Challenge Reward: Challenge Rewards provide the rewarding for a Member who completes a Challenge. They may consist of Currencies, Instant Rewards and/or Badges.
- Experience Cloud site: A Salesforce Site is a web portal designed to engage customers and partners. Check out Salesforce's Expand Your Reach with Experience Cloud trail to learn more.
- Connector: A Connector is an add-on that integrates the Incentive Automation System with external service providers, such as GRS and SendGrid.
- Component: See Lightning Component.
- Course: In Learning, a Course is a set of learning materials about a given topic. Courses consist of one or more Modules.
- Course Status: In Learning, a Course Status is created to track the progress of a Member participating in a Course.
- Currency: A currency is a custom non-monetary rewarding unit that your Members can earn together with standard Points, or as an alternative to them.

- Dashboard: In Analytics, Dashboard provides a snapshot of Reports on the performance of your Program(s).

- E-Learning: See Learning.
- Email Alert: In Messaging, an Email Alert is generated to send a Transactional Email when a Member has performed the associated Action.
- Email Campaign: See Campaign Email.
- Email Template: In Messaging, an Email Template is a model for an email to be sent to Members as either a Campaign Email or Transactional Email.
- Event: Event is a bundled Action that allows you to incentivize Member activities like registration, logging in and points redemptions.
- Export: You can export Fielo object data in JSON form in order to migrate it to a different org that's using the Incentive Automation System. Exporting is available for Programs, Members, Incentives, Rewards and Libraries.

- IAS: See Incentive Automation System.
- Import: You can import Fielo object data that a colleague has exported in order to bring it into your org. Importing is available for Programs, Incentives, Rewards and Libraries.
- Incentive: Incentives guide your customers and partners toward desired behaviors and drive their engagement with your brand. You can incentivize a behavior each time it is performed with Promotions, or drive a continuous pattern of behavior with Challenges.
- Incentive Automation System: The Incentive Automation System, or IAS, is our 100% Force.com-native solution where all Fielo incentive and loyalty programs come to life - it's installed with the PLT package.
- Individual Member: An Individual Member represents a physical person or sole proprietorship that will participate in a Program. You can also enroll independent sales agents of an Organization Member as Individual Members, so that both parties can earn currencies independently.
- Instant Reward: An Instant Reward is a Reward that can be used as an immediate prize for completing an Incentive.
- Invoice: In Invoicing, an Invoice represents a bill or receipt that your Members upload.
- Invoice Item: In Invoicing, Invoice Items represent the line items that appear on Invoices. By default, Invoice Items include a lookup to Product2, though this can be customized to the needs of your org.
- Invoicing: Invoicing is an App that incentivizes your Members to buy or sell more of your products.

- KPI: In Analytics, KPIs allow you to measure how well your Program is doing against preset indicators and objectives.

- Leaderboard: A Leaderboard is a scorecard that displays the ranking of Members who are part of a Mission. You can use a Leaderboard to foster competition among Members, making their performance visible to one another.
- Learning: Learning is an App that incentivizes your Members to increase their knowledge of your products and services.
- Level: You can use Levels to classify Members according to their engagement and target Program content accordingly.
- Library: Libraries are stacks that extend Fielo functionality. They include Actions, Models and Page Settings.
- Lightning Component: Fielo Lightning Components are drag-and-drop components that you can use to build a fast and flexible loyalty portal in Salesforce Experience Cloud.

- Member: Members are the people or companies that participate in your Program. See Individual Member, Organization Member and Organization Contributor Member.
- Mission: Missions are series of behaviors, or Actions, that Members need to perform in order to win a Challenge.
- Mission Member: A Mission Member represents a Member who is participating in a Mission. A Mission Member is created when a Member starts working on a Mission.
- Model: Models are reusable templates that you can use to save and recreate Programs and Incentives quickly and easily.
- Module: In Learning, a Module is a Course unit that includes learning content and assessment.
- Messaging: Messaging lets you send e-mails to Members to keep them engaged in your Program.

- Organization Member: Organization Members represent organizations or companies. They are always related to Salesforce Accounts.
- Organization Contributor Member: Organization Contributor Members are the participants that belong to an Organization Member. They could, for example, be company employees or members of a household. All currencies that Organization Contributor Members earn are accumulated in the Organization Member, though these contributors can earn Badges and Instant Rewards on an individual basis.

- Page Settings: Page Settings control the layout and structure of buttons, fields, and related lists on all Fielo interfaces. You can access Page Settings on the menu on the relevant page, or via the Libraries tab in the Incentive Automation System.
- Payout: Payout is a Fielo feature used when you wish to award members who accomplish a mission, challenge or rule in cash.
- Payout Date: This is a date you choose for when your Open payout is going to go to status Pending.
- Platform: See Incentive Automation System.
- Point: Points are non-monetary single units that Members can earn as an outcome for performing incentivized behaviors.
- Program: Programs establish the framework for your loyalty and incentive program. They allow you to develop and manage the community of Members you want to incentivize.
- Promotion: Promotions are incentives that encourage Members to perform Actions, which are specified in Rules.
- Proof of Purchase: See Invoicing.
- Provider Order: You can use Provider Orders to keep track of Redemption Items that are being fulfilled by an external Provider.
Q
- Question: In Learning, Questions form the basis of the assessment portion of a Module.
- Question Response: In Learning, a Question Response is a response that a Member has given to a Question.

- Redemption: Redemptions are the orders generated by Members when they redeem their available point for Rewards.
- Redemption Item: Redemption Items represent each item that is part of a Redemption order.
- Report: In Analytics, a Report is a list of records that meet the criteria you define.
- Reward: Rewards are the prizes available to Members of a Program.
- Reward Item: A Reward Item represents an individual item to be delivered to a Member that has redeemed a Reward whose Stock Type is Controlled by Item.
- Rewarding Table: Rewarding Tables configure how one or multiple Challenge Rewards are awarded to Members who have successfully completed a Challenge.
- Rule: Rules define how Members need to perform behaviors, or Actions, to complete a Promotion.
- Rules Engine: Fielo's Rules Engine drives the behaviors that you want to target in your Members. It's the power behind your Incentives!

- Segment: Segments are identifiable characteristics shared among a group of Members based on their behavioral, demographic and profile-level information (e.g. gender, location, etc.).
- Status: Many Fielo objects include a Status field indicating where in the loyalty lifecycle a record is. Such objects include Agreement, Badge, Challenge, Course, Email Alert, Email Campaign, Invoice, Member, Promotion, Provider Order, Redemption and Redemption Item.
- Stock Type: The Stock Type of a Reward manages its availability for redemption. Rewards can be Controlled by Quantity, Controlled by Item, or be made available on an Unlimited basis.

- Table Type: See Rewarding Table.
- Transaction: A Transaction is generated during the processing of an Action or series of Actions performed by a Member as part of an Incentive.
- Transactional Email: In Messaging, a Transactional Email is an email that is automatically sent when a Member performs an Action.
- Template: See Email Template.
- Tracker: Tracker is an internal Fielo object that keeps track of the Actions that a Member has performed as part of a Mission.

- Unique Code: A Unique Code identifies an individual Redemption Item. It's either auto-generated or, for Rewards controlled by item, defined in the Reward Item list.
