Create, edit and manage Layouts
A Layout refers to the branding style given to Sites, by means of related Themes and Templates.
Create a Layout
- From Sites, click the link Create it! to create a Layout.
- Complete the following information:
Basic section

| Name | Layout name. |
Look & Feel - Themes section
There is no Theme established by default. Fielo CMS provides an organization on Github called Fielo Themes. It includes Themes repositories, which can be downloaded from Github (See Themes).
Template section
There is no Template established by default. Fielo CMS provides different Template Models depending on the active Plugins enabled (See Models).
New: it enables you to create a new Template (See Templates).
New LayoutWhen a Layout is already created and a new Layout wants to be created for the same Site, go to Sites> Edit. From Basic information> Layout, click New and follow the previous steps described above.
Edit Layout
When editing an existing Layout, complete the following information:
Basic section
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Layout name. |
| CSS classes | Keywords that can be included in a class attribute of the HTML. Keywords must be separated by blank spaces. |
| Home | It defines which Navigation works as homepage. |
| SEO title | Title used by earch engines for Page indexing in their search pages. |
Look & Feel section - Resources
If , it disables all Fielo CMS resources, including Themes. Only custom-added resources prevail.

It allows you to choose a Template for this specific device (Mobile).
