Platform with Community Cloud

If you're using Salesforce Community Cloud services, go through the following steps.

Prerequisites

Salesforce User

System Administrator permissions.

License

Any available Community User Licenses.

Creating a Fielo Community Profile

The first step you need to do is to create a new Profile for Communities to work with Platform. For that, log in to your Salesforce ORG and choose the corresponding Community Profile you'd like to use.

Note that depending on the Community User Licenses available, your ORG will include the corresponding linked Profiles for each of them. For a complete guide on the Profiles tied to Community User Licenses, refer to Standard Profiles for Community Users.

Now, click Clone next to Profile name corresponding to your Community User License - in this case we're using Partner Community License. Once you've set a clear, identifiable name, just hit Save.

Installing Platform Package

When your new Fielo Profile is already cloned, now you can move to install Platform.

1. After logging into your Salesforce ORG, click here to access Platform installation package.
2. Select Install for Specific Profiles.

Don't click Install yet! Profile selection is on the same page.

3. Scroll down to Profile column and choose your previously cloned Profile for Fielo Community User License - in this case Fielo Partner Community. From Access Level column picklist, choose Fielo Community.

4. Click Install. When the installation process ends, the ORG Administrator is notified by email.

Email Deliverability

From Deliverability, set e-mail access level to All email.

Enabling Fielo PLT Library

After installing Platform package, you need to enable FieloPLT Library so that Event and all required Page Settings are activated.
For that, just go to the App Launcher () and choose Fielo Platform. From Libraries tab, click Activate to enable FieloPLT.

Local Development Library

If you'll create some custom Actions, Models or Page Settings, you can enable Local Development Library as well.
